Ordering / Shipping

At KitShack we aim to ship your order by the end of our next working day. All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail or courier with every non UK order sent by air mail.
Shipping costs are as follows:
  • Standard UK @ £2.50 (Royal Mail 1st Class post)
  • Express UK @ £5.00 (Next Working Day)
  • Europe @ £5.00 (Air Mail)
  • Rest of the World @ £4.00 plus £1.00 per item (Air Mail)
All good dispatched with the exception on Standard UK deliveries will need to be signed for upon delivery. Non UK orders will be sent either via Royal Mail Airsure® or International Signed For™
Delivery target times are as follows:
  • Three working days to Western Europe
  • Four working days to Eastern Europe
  • Five working days for the rest of the world
The orders sent to the Airsure® destination countries below can expect delivery times a day faster than our target time above

Loyalty Discount

Order £50 of products from Kitshack.com and get a 5% discount on all subsequent orders for the next 92 days.

If your total orders in a quarter exceed £100 then we’ll increase your discount to 10%. 

Here’s how it works; if you’re planning on ordering, for example £120 worth of items, then don’t order them in one go, split the order in three, (£50, £50 and £20) and get 5% discount on the second and 10% on the third order – as long as they are all placed in the same qualifying period.

We calculate your discount at the checkout, free delivery is available worldwide on any order over £27.50, and you get to enjoy your goods that little bit more.

Qualifying foreign currency orders must be equivalent to 50 GBP.
