Ordering / Shipping

At KitShack we aim to ship your order by the end of our next working day. All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail or courier with every non UK order sent by air mail.
Shipping costs are as follows:

  • Standard UK FREE (Royal Mail 1st Class post)
  • Express UK @ $7.50 (Next Working Day)
  • Europe @ $7.50 (Air Mail)
  • USA & Rest of the World @ $4.00 plus $1 per item (Air Mail)

All good dispatched with the exception on Standard UK deliveries may need to be signed for upon delivery. Non UK orders will be sent either via Royal Mail Airsure® or International Signed For™
Delivery target times are as follows:

  • Three to six working days to Western Europe
  • Five to eight working days to Eastern Europe
  • Seven to ten working days for the USA and rest of the world
The orders sent to the Airsure® destination countries below can expect delivery times a day faster than our target time above

Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Rest of the World
Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand and USA

Orders to countries not listed above will be sent via International Signed For™
