Ordering & Shipping

We aim to ship your order by the end of our next working day. All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail or courier,  non UK orders are sent by Airsure® or International Signed For™
Shipping costs are as follows:

• Standard UK is FREE (Royal Mail 2nd Class post)
• Express UK @ £5.00 [€5.50/$7.50] (Next working day if ordered by midday)
• Europe @ £5.00 [€5.50/$7.50] (Air Mail)
• Rest of the World @ £4.00 [€4.40/$6.00] plus £1.00 [€1.10/$1.50] per item (Air Mail)
• All orders shipped outside the UK over £25 [€27.50/$37.50] are FREE of carriage charges ( Carriage Free shipping calculation outside the UK is exclusive of sales tax )

All goods are dispatched with the exception of Standard UK deliveries will need to be signed for upon delivery. Non UK orders will be sent either via  Airsure® or International Signed For™. You will receive a tracking link with your order confirmation.
Delivery target times are as follows:

• Three to six working days to Western Europe
• Five to eight working days to Eastern Europe
• Seven to ten working days for the rest of the world

The orders sent to the Airsure® destination countries below can expect delivery times a day faster than our target time above

Orders to countries not listed above will be sent via International Signed For™


Plus FREE delivery for all UK orders; orders to Europe & Rest of the World free over £25 [€27.5/$37.5] (signature required upon delivery)

Some countries outside the EU will charge import duties on our deliveries, if over a certain value. If your order is likely to cross this threshold (typically $50-$100) and incur import duty, we suggest you place multiple smaller orders that won’t attract a penalty. You’ll still benefit from our loyalty points discount scheme and your orders will be shipped free where individual orders values exceed $37.50
